Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spine Platform ("Spine", "the Service") at spine.software or any of its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Spine is a business workspace. It includes CRM, marketing and connected ad accounts, support tickets, and accounting. Modules can be turned on for an organisation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

If you connect an ad account, you confirm you are allowed to connect it. Spine reads campaigns from that account. It does not create, pause, or publish an ad unless you take that step in the product. Figures such as estimated revenue after ads are estimates unless the screen says they are verified.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Not create accounts using automated means without our permission

Joining the email list on the public site, or on the closed registration page, is not an account. We may email that address about the product and about when registration opens. You can ask us to remove it by writing to hello@spine.software.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Collect or harvest user data without explicit consent
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid plan. Fees are stated in USD, unless a different currency or plan is agreed in writing, and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spine Software and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spine Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
